  • What should I do if the front door does not close?

    Before applying for A/S, check whether there is interference between door frame and door at upper and lower part of the door. In this case, contact the fire door company.

    Also, if the door lock (door handle) interferes, contact the door lock company.
    If you cannot close the door when opening the door, please contact us for A/S. ​

  • How can I adjust the speed?

    Use the "-" screwdriver to adjust the control valve at the bottom of the product.

    Turn it clockwise and counterclockwise for slow and fast speed, respectively. Check the door closing speed while turning it by about 20 degrees.

  • How can I distinguish paid and free standards of after-sales service (A / S)?

    After the completion at the site, up to two years of follow-up management is provided as a free treatment, and then it is converted to paid follow-up management.

    In principle, we usually accept weekdays and visit next week

  • What is the general type, replacement type and stationary type of the Arm-less Door Closer?

    The standard type means that our pivot hinge for Arm-less is installed when making the door frame, and the replacement type means that our pivot hinge for Arm-less is applied only to the door top when making the door after making the general-purpose door frame. 
    The stationary type is the one with the stop function added to the Arm-less Door Closer, which does not require a door stopper but is installed in a place to which the Fire Services Act is not applied.​

  • How long is the service life of the Arm-less Door Closer?

    KS F 4505, which is the Korean Standard, defines service life as 200,000 times as the number of door opening / closing.

  • What is Concealed Door Closer?

    The general door closer is exposed to the outside, but the embedded door closer is installed in the inside of the door (door width 45mm or more) and functions as a door closer. It is the Korea’s first embedded door closer that makes the door beautiful with no external exposure and has excellent closing force and opening force performance.
